3. Give Your Feet a Break
Not only should you give yourself some time off in between wearing heels but try to find little slots in the day to give your feet a break. Slip your heels off whenever you can, even if it’s just for a few minutes. I often do this in church and no one ever knows, especially if I’m wearing a maxi dress. 😊 If your feet are hidden behind a desk or under a table, take them off for a little while. You’ll be surprised how much of a difference this makes!
