Your feet are naturally a little more swollen at the end of the day than at the beginning.

That’s even more the case when you’ve been wearing heels.

At the end of the day, kick your shoes off and put your feet up.

A little elevation can greatly reduce any puffiness or swelling.

Even lying down on the couch for a half hour can help tremendously.
