5. Put Your Feet up

Your feet are naturally a little more swollen at the end of the day than at the beginning. Thatโ€™s even more the case when youโ€™ve been wearing heels. At the end of the day, kick your shoes off and put your feet up. A little elevation can greatly reduce any puffiness or swelling. Even lying down on the couch for a half hour can help tremendously.
