6. Massage the Pain Away

Thereโ€™s a very easy way to deal with foot pain from wearing heels. Rub the sore spots! It doesnโ€™t have to be a fancy massage. Of course itโ€™s great if youโ€™re partner is willing to do this for you! But if not, simply rub the pain away. Itโ€™s a great time to apply some foot cream, too.
